Over $38,000 in scholarships were awarded award-ed this spring to students within Nebo School District Dis-trict to assist them in furthering fur-thering their educational opportunities. Fifty-four scholarships helped pay tuition to schools such as Utah Valley University, Utah State University, Uni-versity, Brigham Young University Provo, Brigham Young University Idaho, University of Utah, Snow College, Weber State University, Uni-versity, Northwest College of Wyoming and Southern Utah University. Many scholarships were set up in honor of respected respect-ed people making a difference dif-ference in the community like the new Max Knight Kiwanis Scholarship.
