The members of the city administration would much prefer that a great majority of the taxpayers should decide this question rather than only a few. For that reason this appeal is made to every eligible voter to express his or her desire on this question. It should not be a one-sided affair If should be passed upon by all who are qualified to vote.- If you want the improvement and believe the city's best interests will be served by it say so with your vote. If you do not think it would be for the best interest of the city you should express yourself in that opinion.
