Show AGED WOMAN LAID AT REST Impressive funeral services for Mrs. Alice McMartin. S(S. who died Sundav at the home of her daughter, daugh-ter, Mrs. Hat tie Dills at Mapleton, were hold Tuesday at 11 o'clock in the Springville Community church. Heverend S. Hall Harrett was in charge and offered the opening prayer and the benediction. The , speakers were Bishop Lovell Men-, dcnhall of the Mapleton ward and Heverend S. Hall Barrett, each of whom paid high respects to the character and life of Mrs. McMartin. McMar-tin. Musical numbers were rendered render-ed by Mrs. D. B. Welch and Miss Klizabelh Gillian Who :(.ing two duets. The dedicatory prayer1 aH the Evergreen cemetery was offered by Reverend S. Hall Barrett. Mrs. McMartin was born in Norwood, Nor-wood, Xew York, and lived there praeticallv all her life until vshe came to Hah "'! years ago. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. llattie Bills of Mapleton. Mrs. Averv Beckslead of Canada and one son Patrolman II. D. McMartin of Salt Lake Cily. Interment was njider the direc tion of A. Y. Wheeler. |
