Show MacArthur Holona, Sirlee Begay Sirlee Begay engaged to wed MacArthur Holona in church Of interest to their many friends in Springville and Mapleton is the announcement of the engagement and approaching marriage of Miss Sirlee Begay and MacArthur Holona. Miss Begay is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Junior Williamson of American Fork, and Mr. Holona's foster parents, par-ents, Mr.. and Mrs. Frank Patten of this city, are announcing the marriage plans. His other foster parents include Mr. and Mrs. Loyd Bird, Springville. and Mr. and Mrs. Howard Stevens of Mapleton. The marriage ceremony will take place at the American Ameri-can Fifth Ward Chapel with Bishop Carl Young officiating. An open house will honor the couple that same night in the cultural hall to which friends and relatives are invited. Both the prospective bride and groom are 1969 high school graduates and completed the four-year LDS Seminary program. Mr. Holona graduated from Springville High School and was active in sports, especially track and basketball, basket-ball, and was an outstanding art student. Miss Begay took state awards in drama and speech. She was a member of the high school yearbook staff in American Fork and was first attendant to Miss American Fork. The couple is attending Brigham Young University. They will make their home in American Fork. |
