Newlyweds Leaue To Make Home In Ohio In a lovely home ceremony Sunday evening, October 20, Miss Freda Hansen, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C H. Hansen, became the bride of Edward H. Fischer of Sandusky, San-dusky, Ohio. ' The ceremony was performed by Bishop Erwin Sheffield of the Sixth ward with approximately twenty-five twenty-five close relatives and friends in attendance. The bride was charming in a white satin wedding dress with ace trim. Her fingertip veil was lace-edged and fashioned to her head with a crown of seed pearls. She carried a bouquet of red rosebuds rose-buds centered with an orchid and tied with satin ribbon. She was attended by Mrs. Mar-or. Mar-or. and Miss Donna Hansen, Miss jorie Christian as matron of hon-Coleen hon-Coleen Lewis and Mrs. Marcella J. Tuttle were bridesmaids. Fred Hansen was best man. After the marriage, the couple was honored with an open-house ception. Receiving the guests were members of the bridal party and Mrs. Hansen. During the evening a nicely arranged ar-ranged program was given, with vocal solos furnished by Mrs. Lor-na Lor-na Backus of Provo, aunt of the bride and by Miss Valetta Fullmer Full-mer A string trio, composed of Mrs Eileen Bird, Mrs. Thora Johnson John-son and Miss Coleen Lewis, accompanied ac-companied by Mrs. Marjorie Bird, gave several selections. Miss Beu-fah Beu-fah Hansen and Miss Dorothy Clark gave a violin duet. Robert Thorn played the wedding march. Refreshments were served by the Misses Beulah Hansen, Mary Lou Whiting, Lynette Madsen and Maxine Robbins, with Miss Ann Whiting pouring. The gifts were in charge of Bonnie Bon-nie Bailey and Marilyn Crandall. The couple left the following day for Sandusky, Ohio, where they plan to make their home. |
