Show Miss Celventra, Mr. Stevenson Wed In Cathedral at Reno, Nevada Mrs. Orissa Celventra of Springville Spring-ville this week announced the marriage of her (laughter, Erma, to Jack L. Stevenson, of Center-ville, Center-ville, California. The ceremony took place Friday, Fri-day, September 20, in the St. Thomas Acqurmas Cathedral in Reno, Nevada, with Reverend Father Fa-ther O'Meara officiating. The lovely young bride -wore a beautiful white satin, gown with a sweetheart neckline and quaint puffed sleeves and full skirt. A fingertip veil was caught to her head with a coronet of pearls. Her only ornament was a beautiful necklace of gold and pearls, from which hung an amethyst heart set in gold. She carried a bride's bouquet bou-quet of gardenias and lillies of the valley. Her only attendant was Miss Jean Sherman of Oakland, California, Cali-fornia, who was attired in a beautiful beau-tiful pink net dress with a halo of Cecil Breuner roses and white sweet peas. She carried pink roses. Max Stevenson, cousin of the bridegroom, was best man. The bride is well known both in Utah and California. She attended Westminster college and Stanford university, graduating from both institutions with highest honors. Mr. Stevenson is a graduate of Stanford university law school, and will be associated with a law firm near Centerville, California, where the young couple will make their home. |
