Show "Bride-to-be is Honored at Lovely Shower Honoring Miss June Thorn, a bride of the very near future , -lette P Banks and LaRae N. Stalling Stal-ling entertained at a shower at the home of LaRae's parents Mr. and Mrs. Wray Nelson on Wednesday Wednes-day evening of last week. Daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Thorn, June will be married to Robert Arbon of Los Angeles, California, Cal-ifornia, April 5, in the Salt Lake Temple. , . Shower favors were in the form of tiny jeweled ring boxes expressing express-ing best wishes and congratulations congratula-tions to the guest of honor who was presented with many lovely gifts. . . The evening was spent witn games concluded with a nicely arranged ar-ranged spring luncheon served to the following: Jeanette and Jerry Callister, Barbara Swenson, Na-dine Na-dine Warner, Joan Dixon, Jilean Harding, Jeanice Jex, all of whom have been June's roommates while she attended the BYU; also her aunts, Mrs. Joe Miller, Mrs. Louise Johnson, Mrs. Mark Johnson, Mrs. Bryce Thorn, Mrs. Grant Thorn; her grandmothers, Mrs. Henrietta Harmer and Mrs. A. O. Thorn; school friends, Carol S. Windley, Janice J. Christensen, Janet Bear-dall, Bear-dall, Charlene S. Holman, Marjean C. Giraud, Jean A. Allan, LaRae Fietkau, Janet H. Christensen, her sister-in-law, and her mother, Mrs. Paul Thorn. |
