Bishop R. W. Bradford officiated, in the presence of close relatives and friends of the couple. Later the newlyweds were honored with a reception featured by a program and refreshments. Attired in a white brocaded taffetta wedding gown, the bride, forrriely Valetta Fullmer, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Delbert J.- Fullmer, made a pretty picture. Her veil was lace edged and fastened to her head with a fan shaped crown of seed pearls. She carried a bridal bouquet of red roses centered with an orchid. Attending the bride as matron of honor was Mrs. Max Graves of Salt Lake City, sister of the groom. Beverly Boyer, Reta Bjamson and Catherine Robertson were brides- maids. Mr. Steiner of Salt Lake City was best man to the groom, who is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Brooks of Lake-shore. Lake-shore. The hall was beautifully decorated with cut flowers and ferns and tall burning candelabra added an appropriate note to the wedding. The couple plans to make their home in California, while Mr. Brooks completes his studies in architecture. |
