Show jW Known Couple Married June 10 Of interest to friends and rela-. tives here is the announcement of the marriage of Miss Nell Weight, daughter of Mrs. Eunice and the late Alfred W. Weight of this city, and Earl Condie, which took place on Tuesday, June 10, in the Salt Lake temple. The couple are well known in Springville and in Salt Lake City, where she has taught school for a number of years. They left soon after the marriage on a trip to California and the northwest. En route, they visited Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Lewis at Overton, Nev. They spent a short time at Boulder Boul-der dam and in California, traveling travel-ing up the coast to San Francisco, where they visited Mrs. Howard Law. They also toured places of interest throughout Washington and Oregon, returning by way of the Columbia highway. They were accompanied by Mrs. Alfred W , Weight and Mrs. William F. Weight. They are now at home to their friends at the Condie residence, 100 North Seventh East. Prior to their marriage, Mrs. Condie was honored with a number num-ber of social functions in Salt Lake City and a number of parties are also planned for her here in the near future. MRS. MARGARET GROOMS, VISITING HERE from Salt Lake City, was guest of , honor at a canyon party given by a number of friends one day the past week. Cards and a picnic luncheon were diversions, with high score prize for the games being won by Mrs. Jessie Condie. Others in attendance were Mrs. Ada Barron, Mrs. Philda Finley, Mrs. Cleonda Miner, Mrs. LaPreal Friel, Mrs. Bell Sumsion, Mrs. C. ,F. Packard, and Mrs. Grooms. |
