' -li i n . ,; . i ; Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Eves, nee Miss Carol Wartena ' I Mrs. Arthur Eves Recent Bride Goes to Germany Announcement is made this week of the recent marriage of Miss Carol Wartena, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Andre Wartena of San Jose, California, and Arthur Eves of this city, son of Mrs. Zora Eves of Richfield and A. G. Eves of California. The marriage was an event of November 3, taking place in the Los Angeles, Calif., temple. Later a reception in the San Jose ward honored the newlyweds. Shortly after the reception the groom left for overseas duty in Germany and his bride is planning plan-ning to leave February 11, by plane to join him in that country. Arthur, a graduate of the Springville high school and LDS Seminary attended Snow College and served on an LDS mission before be-fore going into the service. His wife is a former student of the , Brigham Young University. |
