Miss Geneil Childs Will Be Bride of Alton Johnson in June 1 Temple Rites Miss Geneil Childs, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Chauncey H. Childs of Salt Lake City, formerly of Springville, will become the June bride of Alton Johnson, son of Oscar C. Johnson of Cran-brook, Cran-brook, British Columbia. The ceremony is planned for Wednesday, June 1, in the Salt Lake Temple with Joseph Fielding Smith to perform the ceremony. Both the bride-elect and .her husband-to-be have filled LDS missions in Western Canada. Geneil graduated from the Springville high school and LDS Seminary and attended the University of Utah three years before leaving on her mission. Alton attended school in Creston, B.C. In their honor, a wedding reception will be given on Thursday evening, June , 2, in the Springville Third-Ninth ward church t? which a host of relatives are being invited.
