Show Jay Paul Butler takes bride in recent ceremony in Nevada A wedding of interest to Springville relatives and friends fri-ends was that of Jay Paul Butler, son of Mrs. Reba Butler But-ler of this city, who married Jean Carnes, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Carnes of Helper Hel-per Feb. 17, at Elko Neyada. A reception in their honor was held at Helper Saturday evening and attended by a number of Springville relatives and former residents. The bride was attractively gowned in white silk with silver sil-ver metalic thread design, ballerina skirt and sweetheart neckline. Parents of the couple assisted n greeting guests. The reception featured a short orogram, dancing and refreshments refresh-ments with a beautiful 4 tiered tier-ed wedding cake trimmed with iny white birds adding to the lecorations. The groom is employed at Hill Field and the new Mrs. Butler is a nurse at LDS hos-lital. hos-lital. They are making their home in Salt Lake City.
