""I He was born October 26, elryf, 1888. in Spring Glen, Carbon p, ' County, a son of George New-'"!'' New-'"!'' man and Mary Ellen Furlong JP Perkins. He married Francis Andelia Stevens on November -J 17, 1909, in Loa, Wayne Coun-vs" Coun-vs" tv. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Manti LDS V Temple. She died in 1959. Mr. Perkins was a high priest in the LDS Church. Dur-' Dur-' lng his early life he lived in Wyoming and later in Wayne County and Pioche, Nevada. He had been a resident of Spring-ville Spring-ville since 1942.
