Show FUNERAL HELD SUNDAY FOR CLIFTON HALL Military funeral service under direction of the Springville post American Legion, were conducted for Clifton Hall, 56, World War I veteran, in the Fourth ward chapel chap-el Sunday afternoon, directed by the Sixth ward bishopric. Burial was in the City cemetery, directed by A. Y. Wheeler and Son mortuary. mortu-ary. He died Thursday evening, at the family residence, of pneumonia after an illness of several months from which he was thought to be recovering. Born in Springville March 3rd, 1889, he was a son of Joseph S. and Sophronia Perry Hall. He had lived here practically all of his life. For several years, he was Springville City road supervisor and for many years had followed farming and stock raising. Surviving are five brothers and i s t e r s, J. Elwood Hall, E. Owen Hall, Mrs. Maggie H. Wood, Miss Elner Hall and Theron S. Hall, all of Springville. |
