Show SPRINGVILLE MAN DIES SUDDENLY OF HEART ATTACK Martin Pardon Crandall, 53, construction con-struction foreman of this city, died unexpectedly of a heart attack early Wednesday morning on a construction job in Provo. He had reported for work and then returned to his car, evidently not feeling well, and was dead when fellow workmen found him. He had been employed for about four weeks for the Creer Construction Construc-tion company of Provo, working on the housing and parking project proj-ect at the Brigham Young University Uni-versity campus. Mr. Crandall had not been in good health for some time and it was known that he had a heart ailment. He was born in Springville, Jan. 13, 1893, a son of Myron L. and Viola Cook Crandall, early Springville Spring-ville pioneers. He had made his home here always and had been employed for many years as a construction con-struction foreman for various companies. com-panies. He was a. member of the LDS church. He married Ella Llewellyn of Mapleton at Mapleton on July 22, 1912. Survivors include his widow, a son and a daughter, Mrs. Helen ' Spafford, Springville; Floyd "Chet" Crandall, Salt Lake City; also one grandchild and four brothers and sisters, Dr. Myron L. Crandall and Lawrence Crandall, Salt Lake City, Mrs. Ora Rowland, Springville; Mrs. Louise Pedersen, Chicago, 111. Funeral services will be conducted con-ducted Sunday at 2 p. m., in the ; Second ward chapel.
