Show Couple Get Word Of Two Family Deaths This Week Mr. and Mrs. Carlos E. Rife of Springville were in Eureka Wednesday Wed-nesday to attend the funeral of Mrs. Rife's father, William D. Gear, who died unexpectedly Saturday, Sat-urday, while visiting a daughter m Salt Lake City. Mr. Gear was a Eureka business nian for some 45 years and had also served on the school board of that district. He is survived by his wife, the ormer Luella Sherwood; daugh--te', Mrs. Gloria Rife of Spring-ule; Spring-ule; a son Wm. S. Gear, Las egas; two other daughters; also sut grandchildren and a brother &nd two sisters. Mr. and Mrs. Rife of this city aiso received word on Monday of " death of Mr. Rife's grandmo-'"er grandmo-'"er Mrs. Hannah Robinson wiodes, who died in Provo at the nome of her daughter, Mr. Rife's mother, Mrs. MiUie R.
