Show SPR1NGVILLE V MOTHER DIES Mrs. Nellie M. Hutchings Riggs, 35, wife of A. F. Riggs, died Tuesday Tues-day morning at the family home on South Main street, Springville, From complications following childbirth. child-birth. Mrs. Riggs was born in Springville, Spring-ville, Dec. 15, 1897, a daughter of Silas and Amttla Fillerup Hutchings. Hutch-ings. She graduated from t'he Springville h'jgh school and attended attend-ed the E. Y. U. She was active 'n L. D. S. church affairs, having been a teacher in practically every auxiliary organization of the Second Sec-ond ward. She was Relief society secretary for several years. She was married June 15, 1921, in the Salt Lake temple. Surviving are her husband, balby and father, also six brothers and sisters as follows: Bernesse, Nora, Loman, Selar, Vernon and Albert Hutchings, all of Springville. Funeral services will be h'eld Thursday at 1 p. m. in the Second ward chapel, with interment in the Evergreen cemetary. |
