Show S. H. Lion Wins National Honor Sugar House Lions are jubilant as one of their members was elected to serve on the 12 -man board of directors for Lions International In-ternational at the convention in New York City. Election was on Friday, July 3rd. Ninety-two different countries and locations sent delegates to the meeting which attracted 40,000 Lions. . Mr. Lowe, 2197 So. 21st East, has been president, club secretary, zone chairman, deputy district and and district governor in the state. He is an administrative assistant to Gov. Geo. D. Clyde and senior partner in a chain of six pharmacies phar-macies in Utah and Idaho, vice president of the Bonneville Life Insurance Co. and treasurer of the Utah Pharmaceutical Assn. Sugar House Lions have been instrumental in campaigning successfully suc-cessfully for Mr. Lowe at the huge convention and Lions International is to be congratulated on the securing se-curing of a man of Mr. Lowe's caliber for their board of directors. |
