disabled elderly and families with children Utah residents pay for utilities HEAT helps qualified to heat their homes Last fall and winter a record 33679 households in Utah received utility payment announced the winners of a raffle held in connection with its Honors Day which honored the family Judy Hoffman from Nevada won the quilt and Zada Nelson of Ivins Washington County won the wall hanging The fundraising effort was a success said Jan Crane a leader in the Manti Camp "Raffle tickets for a beautiful handmade quilt and wall hanging have been sold throughout the year” she said A baked
