Show Speltz Wheat. Speltz is the best grain to grow on dry land. Itproduces large crops of hay or grain, on hill or dry land and is a great grain to stool. Forty pounds is sufficient to sow one acre. It yields from GO to 75 bushels of rich graiu per acre, and from three to four tons of good hay. The straw after being threshed is very fattening fatten-ing and liked better than hay by all kinds of stock. As it requires only 40 pounds per acre, and as no grain will produce, on dry land, like Speltz, it will prove a good investment. invest-ment.
