The council raised some concern about possible nuisance caused by the hogs, but stated overall that the project was a good idea, giving youth a place to keep animals and alleviate some of the problems caused by animals in town. The city is working out a letter of condition that must be met, including guidelines that youth should meet to keep the area clean and deal with possible future development in the area.
