Tho brldo wore a beautiful gown of white mousisellnc elaborately trimmed with Duchess and Irish point lace, and carried a shower of lilies of tho valley Miss Flnleywore a dainty frock of cream net over taffeta and carried an armful of white lilacs. Tho rooms wore decorated entirely in green and white, lilacs being used In prolusion. Tho mantle man-tle and windows were banked with the fragrant blossoms, tall crystal candlesticks candle-sticks wcro on tho mantle, shaded In white and filled with white candles. A largo basket was In the conter of tho dining-room table, filled with lilacs, with ropes of smllax extending to tho corners of the table. Assisting during tho evening wero a number of the friends of tho bride and groom from Portland, among them Mrw. William Collingwood. Mrs W W Cotton, Mrs. W. W. Wick and Bishop Moore Mrs. A. E. Hutchinson. Mrs. El-dro El-dro Jacobs and the Misses Mary and Cllf-to. Cllf-to. Mayno also assisted. Mr. and Mrs Steel left on tho late train for Yosemlto valley, whero they will spend their honev-n honev-n oon, and will make their future homo in Portland. Tho marriage of MIbb Mary Sharp and George Taylor Badger will take place on the evening of June C.
