Show Warning 6n Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever Is Reiterated Two New Cases Reported in Rich, Sevier Counties; Immunization Advised for Travelers With appearance of two new cases of Rocky mountain spotted fever in Rich and Sevier counties. Dr. J. L. Jones, state health commissioner, reiterated warnings to mountain travelers Wednes- day. A report completed Wednesday by Dr. Jones showsd four case of th disease hav occurred since th woodtick carriers hav become ao-tive ao-tive this season. Dr. Jonea advised all persons planning to travel or camp la the mountain to first ses their physicians physi-cians and become Immunised against th disease. An Increase of 26 case of communicable com-municable disease was reported over th previous week, bringing the total to SOL Disease showing increase wsre influenza, measlea, mumps, pneumonia, tuberculosia I and whooping cough. |
