Fellow Citizens: We, the undersigned voters of Salt Lake City, knowing that the obligations obliga-tions of citizenship are important, and that neglect may work serious evil to society, desire to forward the appoint-. ment of worthy delegates to manage our public aHaire (as before measures can be consummated through tho Legislature to direct the people how to obtain primary representation, ah election will be ujjon us); and we wish to tako the best course possible to prepare wisely for the Bame, which takes place on the 9th prox. Therefore, There-fore, we suggest that it, will be well for I the citizeiiH of each school district to meet in their school houses on Saturday Satur-day evening next, and elect five delegates dele-gates from each, to meet at the place of voting in their respective precincts on Monday evening, February 2, to nominate precinct officers, and elect five delegates to the City Municipal convention on Thursday evening, February o, at C. W. TappanV Hall, oG East Temple Btreet, in. Central House, to complete the municipal nominations.
