Show Application for Patent. Notice No. 1344.1 United States Land Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, October 15, 1885. -TOTICE is HEREBY GIVEN THAT tiiw XI Honenne Mining Company, by its legally authorized agent, Charles E. Mitchener. whose ' ' postoffice address is Stockton, Tooele County i- ? Territory, has made application for a United States Patent for the Victoria Lode mining claim, situate in Rush Valley Mining District. Tooele county, Utah Territory, consisting consist-ing of 1,200 linear feet of the lode, and surface sur-face ground 206 feet wide, being Lot No. 81. and described in the field notes and plat of the official survey on file in this office, with magnetic variation at 17 degrees east as follows: Commencing at the discovery point of said claim and running thence N 31 degrees east, 550 feet to the center of the north end line of the claim, and thence N 73 degrees W 103.5 feet to Post No. 1; thence S 73 degrees de-grees E, 206 feet to Post No. 2; thence S 31 degrees de-grees W 1,200 feet to Post No. 3; thence N 73 degrees W 2064 feet to Post No. 4; thence N SI degrees E 1,200 feet to Post No. 1 of the exterior boundary lines of the surface ground of the said claim, containing an area of 4.301 acres inclusive, conflict with Lot C3 B, the Great Basin claim 1.430 acres, and after excluding therefrom the areas in conflict con-flict with Lot 62, the Elizabeth claim, 1.077 acres. Lot 52 A, the Quandary No. 2 claim 0.120 acres. From the center of the N end line' of the said Victoria claim U. S. M. M. No 3 bears S 49 degrees 08 minutes W 1096 feet distant. dis-tant. The nearest known locations are the Governor Murray and Elizabeth mining claims. The said mining claim being of record in the office of the Recorder of said mining district a Stockton, in Tooele county, Utah. I direct that this notice be published in the Salt Lake Evening Dexocrat, the newspaper published nearest the said mining claim, for the period of sixty days. II. McMASTER, Register.
