Show Nevada Marriage Unites Couple; Reside in Moab Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Reidhead of Roosevelt announce the marriage of their daughter, Pattie, who pledged vows with John W. Burdick, Bur-dick, son of Mrs. Maxine Burdick of Duchesne. The marriage took place Wednesday, Dec. 12, in Elko, Nevada. After spending ; the Christams holidays with their parents, the newlyweds left Wednesday for Moab, where they will make their home. Mr. Burdick is employed by the .J. H. Wimmer Construction Company. The new bride has been employed employ-ed as a receptionist for Dr. R. V. Larson. She graduated with the class of '53 from Union High School, where she was active in the Pep and FHA clubs and in music, circles. Mr. Burdick is a grdauate of Duchesne High School where he was prominent in athletics. He spent three years in the U. S. Armed service, most of which was in Germany. Prior to that time he attended the USAC at Logan. Since his release from the 13 months ago, he has been emloyed by the J. H. Wimmer Company. For her marriage the bride chose an after-five dress of black taffeta, and for her honeymoon trip to Southern California she donned a Jantzen brown and rust suit. |
