The main course of the meal she prepared was a delicious hamburger casserole originating from exotic Pakistan called Kina, and was cooked in an electric skillet. A hazelnut tortefrom countries the Scandanavian was also prepared by using a blender and portable oven Salads seem to take the spotlight during the summer months and Mrs. Atwood con cocted a delightful fruit and chicken salad (English style), Dutch and a Pennsylvania Salad which she cooked m an electric sauce pan. Beautifully arranged fruit also appeared on a large platter and looked especially appetizing for a cool summer snack. After the food demonstration was completed, members were invited to sample the food prepared by Mrs. Atwood It was served buffet" style. The serving table cover was made of easy -- care terry cloth which had four large, bright-colorstrips sewed together.
