This is an annual feature of this enterprising ward, and is always al-ways a red letter day for the children. A meeting of,-- representatives of all the settlements of the eotith end of the county is to be held in Spanish Frok tomorrow. to-morrow. The object of the meeting is to take steps looking to the erection of isusrar mills somewhere south of Provo in Utah county, and it is said that the prospects are now very flattering that two sugar mills will be running in this county this fall. The firemen will give their next grand ball on February 22nd in honor of Washington's birthday in the fcouthworth hall. They have arranged for a piano for the occasion and good music will be had. This however, it is presumed, will have to be furnished by those complying with the aforesaid order .In other words The Dispatch acknowledges receipt of an invitation to attend a giand military ball at the opera house on the evening of February 21st and understands a grand time will be had. The company will have a grand parade, drill down, etc., for prizes, and all tends to show a big time will be had. There are, in Provo, a large number of young people who are, as yet, not old enough to attend the parties of the older folks, and it has been suggested by some of the parents that these ycung people have amusements of their own, beginning early and closing early. In view of this fact there will be a series of parties given in the South-worth South-worth hall commencing at 7 p. m. and closing at 11 p. m. The first of this series will be given Friday evening, February 15, 1895. Admission 10 cents.
