The following changes were approved by the commissioners: 1. The mayor will open the public hearing. 2. If needed, a memberofthestaff or the city commission memberresponsible for the respective issue will make a formal presentation. 3. The mayor will open discussion from the floor. 4. At a time when discussion has reached a conclusion, any memberof the city commission can make a mo- tion. No second is required 5. Discussion from thefloorwill be closed and the city commissionwill discuss the issue among themselves. 6.
