Meb Anderson Photos Dickens Put to Music From London ofthe 1850s comes the setting for “Oliver,” adapted from Dickens’ famous “Oliver Twist.” The adventures of young Oliver take him into the companyofthe pick-pocketing Jew, Fagin; the wily, Artful Dodger, and others from the motley workhouse crew. The Broadway musical features such wellknown songs as, “I’d Do Anything,” “‘As Long As He Needs Me,” ‘Consider Yourself,” and “Where Is Love?” The Orem Civic Center Theatre production will open Friday at Lakeridge Junior High School, Orem, and will run through Jan. 28. Tickets are available at Orem City Center. i WIDOW CORNEYand Mr. Bumble, played by Linda Williams and Charles Saporit, re-enact a kissing segment from the show.
