Show FUNERAL SERVICES CONDUCTED FOR JENS R- NELSON Funeral rites were conducted Friday afternoon in the First Ward Chapel for Jens R. Nelson. With Bishop J. A. West in charge the servivces began at 2 o'clock. The first number was a vocal duet, "A Perfect Day" sung by Mrs. S. W. Hilton and Ehvood Allen. Theyv?ere accompanied by Mis3 Carol Clark. Invocation was -asked by Lewis Olpin. First speaker was H. V. Swensen, who told of the close friendships of the Nelson and Swensen families and of problems they faced together as immegrants to thin country. This was followed by an organ solo by Mrs. Elwood Sundfoerg. Other speakers who paid tri-, tri-, bute to the thrift, honesty & unwavering un-wavering faith of the departed were; Oscar Evans, Gotlieb Buhler, and President M. S. Christiansen. Gamett, and the dedicatory prayer in the Pleasant Grove City Cemeterv was offered by Joseph loin of Heber. Pall bearers included Gotlieb Buhler. Oscar Evans. Clifton Harper. Joseph H. Adams.
