Show r r Services Con- ducted for Mon- . son Baby Funeral services were conducted r Monday afternoon in the Fourth L ward chapel for George Toone Mon-, Mon-, son, 9-month-old son of Alvin E I and Electa Toone Monson. Baby Monson was stricken Friday and ' taken to the Lehi hospital and a ( specialist called in to preform an . operation disclosing a telescopic bowel. Death came at 6:15 Saturday morning. He is survived by his parents; one brother, Calvin Eugene Monson; one sister, Nadine Monson, all of American Ameri-can Fork; a grandmother, Mary Alii Al-ii ice Toone, Salt Lake City; a grand-' grand-' father, Mons Monson, Pleasant ' Grove. The services commenced at 2 p. m. ; with Bishop Lot Robinson presiding. ; i The opening musical selection was by , an instrumental trio, Elva Clarke, j Margaret Jones and LaVona Jensen of Pleasant Grove, which played "The Old Refrain." Prayer was offered of-fered by Junius A. Smith of Salt I Lake. Misses Irene Shelley and Ruth Hansen, accompanied by Mrs. ' Ann Hansen, sang "Let the Little ' Children Come." Remarks were made by former Bishop C. A. Gammett of the Pleas-t Pleas-t ant Grove First ward. A comet solo "Goodnight Beloved, Goodnight" was s played by Glen Robertson, accom-j accom-j panied by Ann Beth Larson, both of Pleasant Grove. Remarks were made by J. M. Clineman and Bishop Robinson. Rob-inson. The vocal duet "Some Sweet I Day" was rendered by Mrs. LaRue , Morton and Miss Fern Robinson, ac- companied by Mrs. Ann Hansen. The benediction wvas pronounced by Mons . Monson, grandfather of the de-) de-) ceased. Interment was made in the Pleas-; Pleas-; ant Grove City cemetery where Mons Monson dedicated the grave. , n |
