Show Beloved Mother Called by Death Margaret Harvey Holman, 64, wife of Benjamin Holman, died at her home here at 11:00 p. m. Sunday after a week's illness of ptomine poisoning. Mrs. Holman, affectionately called "Maggie" by her many friends, was born in Pleasant Grove, January 6, 1873, a daughter of Alfred and Agnes Ag-nes Brown Harvey. She was an active ac-tive member of the Daughters of The Utah Pioneers, acting as historian. his-torian. She is survived by her husband, one son and four daughters as follows: fol-lows: Harvey Holman, Salt Lake; Mrs. Elden Wright, Lindon; Mrs. Wanda Naylor, Midvale; Mrs. Helen Colburn, Ely, Nevada, and Mrs. Vera Bain, San Francisco, California. Fourteen grandchildren, two brothers broth-ers and a sister, John Bruce Harvey and Nettie Jackson, also survive. Funeral services were being held 'as we go to press, at 2:00 p. m. Thursday in the Third ward chapel, with Bishop Frank D. Atwood 'in charge. |
