Show u Aged Resident Dies Donald Noble, 83, died at his home here at 5:00 a. m. Tuesday of old age and general debility. He had been ill for several months. He was born in Glascow, Scotland, October 15, 1853, and emigrated to Utah as an L. D. S. convert in 1892, settling in Provo. Two years later he moved to Pleasant Grove where he has since resided. He was tithing tith-ing clerk of Pleasant Grove before it was divided into three wards. He also acted as Notary Public and Justice Jus-tice of the Peace for a number of years. Surviving are his wife, Elizabeth Patterson Noble, and tire following sons and daughters; Alexander Noble, Glascow, Scotland; John Noble No-ble and 'Mrs. Bark Tusk and Archie Noble, Pocatello, Idaho; Isabella Monson and Donald Noble Jr., Ma-lad, Ma-lad, Idaho; Mrs. Mark Makin, American Amer-ican Fork, and Mrs. Shell Aston, Lindon; Allen Noble, Salt Lake City, and Mrs. Harold Mills, Marysvale. California. Also 48 grandchildren ! and 11 great-grandchildren, j Funeral services will be held today 1 at 1:00 p. m. in the Timpanogos ! Stake Tabernacle. Interment will be in Pleasant Grove cemetery. The remains may be viewed at the family residence Friday morning. 1 |
