Show A. Staker Dies In Price Price, Utah - Alden Orlando Staker, 90, died April 28, 1982. Born on April 27, 1892 in Lawrence. Utah to William Alma and Hilma Fredricka Eckberg Staker. He married Annie Margaret Thomas on September 15, 1911 in Lawrence, Utah. Their marriage was later solemnized solem-nized in the Manti LDS Temple. He worked as a farmer and as a coal miner, working in the Kenilworth mine and other mines in the area. He was a member of the LDS Church. Survivors include: Son and daughters, Mrs. Lavern Mathie, Ted Alden, both of Pard City, Utah; Reed, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Ivan (Lois) McCourt, East Carbon, Utah; nine grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; four great-great-children. Funeral services will be held Monday, May 3, 1982 at one p.m. in the Huntington Fifth Ward Chapel. Friends may call for viewing, Monday Mon-day one hour prior to services. Interment will be in the Lawrence City Cemetery Ceme-tery under the direction of the Fausett Mortuary. |
