He married Hazel S. Loveridge on October 18th, 1916. in the Salt Lake Temple. She died October 10th, 1963. He was employed as a farmer and also as a sugar factory employee. A former ward MIA president, Mr. Buhler also served as high priest quorum secretary and was an active temple worker for years. Funeral services were held Monday at 11 AM in the Highland Ward Chapel.
