PARK CITY SUMMER SERIES Stan and Allien Russon read a selection from Broadway comedy for the audience at the Resorts Hardrock Room on Sunday, August 4th. The Russons have been a part of dramatics in Utah for many years and have been seen in productions at the Lagoon Memorial Theater and the Pioneer Memorial Theater. In addition, they have given radio, television, and vaudeville performances . The presentation was part of the continuing Park City Summer Series conducted by the Park City Institute and the University of Utah Division of Continuing Education in cooperation with the Greater Park City Comapny and the Park City Chamber of Commerce. DOWNED TWICE The Park City Little League twice last week by the Alpine ALL-STAR- S were drubbed All-Sta- rs All-Sta- rs . The larger and more experienced Alpine squad posted 3 victory on Wednesday, July 31st, and continued their domination of the local talent the following day by a 7 16-- WAYNE AND TROY PUTNAM a 19--3 margin. ALL-STA- RS BARBECUE Sunday, August 3rd, the Softballers and Wolfes got together for some friendly softball and a barbecue at SOFTBALLERS-WOLFE- City S WHITE HAUS COSTUME PARTY Park. DRILL TEAM Last week, the Park City Drill Team practiced to march in the Heber Rodeo Parade. The girls arose at 6 AM every morning to practice. They were: Julie Nelson, Debbie Price, Coleen Mumin, Diane Burns, Diane Chantry, Denise Martinez, Paula Gasparac, Fay Alvey, Marianne Marcellin, Roxanne Eppley, Chris Kummer, Debbie Verville, Vicki Wallin, and Keri Rowland.
