Damon Miller, president for U.S. Bank in Utah, made the announcement. McGrane is responsible for developing, managing, and retaining client relationships for the small business banking team. The relationships include credit products, commercial real estate, cash management, and other commercial banking relationship products. She reports to Pauline Vosburgh, vice president and sales manager for U.S. Bank’s small business banking team in the Salt Lake metro district. “Wendy is a great addition to the small business banking team in Ogden,” said Miller. “She understands the financial needs of small business customers and the importance of great customer service. She has also won awards from U.S. Bank including Top Region Personal Banker and Top Region Loan Volume Producer.” Previously, McGrane worked as a personal banker and financial specialist for U.S. Bank inEvergreen, Colorado. Some of the sting of a lengthy prison stretch was offset by 2nd District Judge Scott Hadley granting Whetton credit for the 14 months he has spent in jail unable to post bond since his arrest. Whetton, 32, was arrested in June 2003 on 31 counts of fraud, accused of jilting investors and employees alike in an attempt to purchase the Nordic Valley ski resort. Our staff looks forward to this fun and exciting program, which brings in patrons by the hundreds.
