Jameson Cooper Lythgoe Doug and Jamie Lythgoe of Eden are the proud new parents of Jameson Cooper Lythgoe who was born March 1, 2005. He was 7 pounds 13 ounces and 21 inches at birth. Happy and healthy, Jameson joins his excited big brother Jaxen who is age 2, and big sister Carlie who is age 4. Carlie loves to hold and kiss the baby and Jaxen wants him to learn how to play. Shawna and Clair Van Meeteren of Eden and Jack and Betty Lythgoe of Mission Viejo, California are the grandparents to this newborn bundle of joy. They will adore showering him with love and attention. Krista Marie Davis was married to Cody Eldon Price on March 5. She is the daughter of Robin Davis and Legrand Peters, both of Marriott-Slaterville. e is a son of Rodney Price of MarriottSlaterville, Tina Verhaal of Huntsville, and Robin and Ted Tenbrink of Idaho. Friends and family attended a reception and dance from 6:00 to p.m. that evening at the Marriott-Slaterville LDS Church, 250 N. 1500 W. She graduated from Fremont High School in 2004. Berrett and Josephine Langavin Berrett. She was one of four children, born and raised in North Ogden. She graduated from Weber High School. She married Ken Halford. They were later divorced. She married William E. Carver in Las Vegas, Nevada, their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake City Temple. They were later divorced. She worked for Mountain Bell for 35 years before she retired. She loved her job and was very devoted to what she called Ma Bell. She loved gardening, it gave her great pleasure working in her yard and making things grow. Beautiful roses are what she loved the most. She was most often found (playing) in her yard. She was a volunteer at the once St. Benedict’s Hospital for eight years where she enjoyed meeting people. She was part of a ladies group from North Ogden. These women meant the world to her, they were all friends from high school and continued their friendship for all these years. To those ladies, please know she loved each and everyone of you. Your yearly gettogethers were something she always looked forward to. Thank you for your friendship. Helen is survived by three daughters and two sons, Mary Jenkins, Connie (Terry) Sexton, Susan (Mike) Penrod, William (Luann) Carver, Lewis (Vicki) Carver, 16 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by one brother, Ron (Helen) Berrett. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, William and Spencer and one grandchild, Lance Carver. Dee beloved Sunday morning, 7, February 2005, at Davis Ellis Dee Stoker North Medical ter of a short illness. He was 80 years young. Ellis was a kind soul that everyone who came in contact with liked. He was gentle and loving to his family and was a friend to all. He said he only had friends he hadn’t met. Ellis was born to Thomas and Emma Oltivia Andersen Stoker and raised in Huntsville. He was the youngest of 13 children and, as one can imagine, it was a lively household. On February 17, 1947 he married Elva “Kate” Whitaker at the old Hermitage in Ogden Canyon. He had justgotten home from the war where he served with distinction aboard the U.S.S. Pennsylvania as a gunner on an anti-aircraft battery. Hewas in all campaigns of the war after 1942 when he enliste Ellis worked in the forestry business in one form or another from the time he was 14 years old. He dropped out of school in the 9th grade to help his father, getting a job with the CCC building trails and campgrounds around the Huntsville/Monte Cristo area. He then went to work for the Forest Service until his enlistment. When he got out of the service and married Kate, he moved to California and worked in the saw-mills along the northern coast. In 1952, he moved to Ashton, Idaho and started a saw-mill with his nephew, Staying there until 1966 when he moved to Mor He loved the oe and was a good steward of the land. In November of 1957, he and Kate adopted a son, Jody. He was his best friend and partner. Ellis was a life long member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and filled many callings, never missing a Sunday ae there was a death or he was too ill to go. He the first to show up for the service and the bat to leave.
