Mrs. Brown bases her dlvorco action ac-tion on acta of cruelty and declares for the last two year?) Mr Brown ha. treated her ln a cold '-ind Indifferent manner and lias made no attempt to conceal his dislike for her. Ho has absented himself from home on numerous occasions. fho alleges, and has told her he does not love her and their home held no attraction for him. She complains that on the night , of December 31. she was ill ln bed when her husband attended the dance mentioned. .Mrs. Brown asks her freedom from the matrimonial ties.
