During tho past few days a gang of youths have used the Twenty-fourth street viaduct as a vantage point from which to break the windows in tho new freight depot de-pot warehouse. In order to put an end to the practice prac-tice Chief of Poflce Browning has detailed de-tailed a special officer to parole the viaduct during tho daylight anJ early evening hours. The officer has instructions in-structions to arrest all boys found loitering about the viaduct or freight jards in tho vicinity of the freight house |
