Davenport and Thomas Fagan to recover $2,020 damages dam-ages for alleged personal injuries and. tho expenditure of money for doctors. The plaintiff claims that on April 18, 1911, while attempting to enter the place of tho defendant, Davenport, the Grill saloon and cafe, he was accosted ac-costed by tho defendant Fagan, who was at that tlmo "watchman" for that place, and severely beaten about the body-Mr. body-Mr. Kuhn states that Fagan struck him and Tiammered him until It became be-came necessary for him to seok tho services of a physiciam He asks a Judgment for ?2,000 personal dam' ages and $20 special damages, together to-gether with the costs of the suit. |
