Its successors or assigns, shall maintain a system of electric bells and signals at any and ; all points along said right of way and railway where said railway crosses the county road, and also at any and all points along the right of waj hereby here-by granted, where required and ordered or-dered so to do by the Board of County Coun-ty Commissioners of eber county state of Utah Section 3.
