Show INFLUENZA SITUATION SHOWS BIB DECREASE IN OGDEN CITY DURING PAST TWD DAYS There was a welcome decrease in the number of Influenza cases reported report-ed to the local health board yesterday. yester-day. One hundred and twenty-three as against one hundred and fifty-three of. the day before. The doctors of the city are now reporting re-porting only those cases which prove actually to be cases of influenza and the public Is asked to reduoble Its efforts ef-forts in the direction of overcoming I the epidemic. While the number of cases reported is larger during this last three days than for the week previous, yet the number of fatalities is decreasing and where care, medical attendance and good nursing are at hand there Is every encouragement to look for the ultimate control and conquest con-quest of the malady. In the opinion of many doctors the situation was not helped here by the senseless use of various kinds of tormentors tor-mentors which youthful enthusiasts used to smother other people's faces on Monday night, last. |
