"It will be a fiht to a fii.lsh," Commissioner Hebor M. Wells announced. an-nounced. The exchange plans to open its market this morning and the. city will open its market the following' day. D. F. Smith, former manager for the growers' exchange, will have chargo of the city's market, and will lead tne fight against the privato market. mar-ket.
