Horn Jnnunry in, 1(V70 In Richmond, Rich-mond, she wn.s tlui daughter of Ceor;;o mid Mury Ann Davis Anderson, An-derson, who were among the early pioneers of Utah. Her mother (tied when she was two years old and she lived with the llolbrook family in Bountiful until un-til .she was 14, returning to Richmond Rich-mond at that time. Mrs. Harris was chairman of the Richmond Republican Ladies' club and of the Red Cross chapter din-ins World War I. and the influenza in-fluenza epidemic. President two terms of the daughters of Utah (jiuueeit., miu was ui.sirumental in raising funds to build the pioneer relic hall there. In church work, she was a member of the Benson stake Relief Re-lief Socitay board five years, a teacher 10 years, and member of various committees several years. Mrs. Harris also sang in the ward choir and was counselor in the primary rs.'-ocintion. . She wrs married to Charles Z. Harris. v''0 has teen instrumental in building up Cache county's famed dairy industry, on April 14, 18SB in the Logan Temple. Survivors include her husband, three sons. Melvin C. Harris and W. Z. Harris, of Logan, and George M. Harris, of San Francisco. Francis-co. Cai.; four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, the following brothers and sisters: William and Alvin Anderson, . Mrs. Nellie Thornley and Mrs. jeanette Merrill of Richmond; Andrew Anderson, of California; Albert Anderson, of Salt Lake City; Mrs. R. A. Lewi; and Mrs. Florence Christensen, ol Logan.
