Show FORFEITURE NOTICE Myton, Utah, July 27, 1921. To Fritz Schllnitz: You are hereby notified that we have expended for the year 1920,aa co-own ers with you the sum of one hundred dollars in labor and improvements upon the Sand Wash Placer Mining Claim, situate in the Nine Mile Mining Min-ing District, in Uintah County, State of Utah, the location certificate of which is found of record In book Z-4 rage 99, in the office of the recorder of said county, In order to hold the said mining claim under the provisions provis-ions of section 2324 of the Revised Statutes of the United States, and the amendment thereto, approved January 22, 18S0, concerning annual labor upon mining claims, for the period pe-riod ending on the 31st day of Decern ber, A. D. 1920, which labor and Improvements Im-provements as aforesaid were performed per-formed and made previous to the 30th day of Jane, A. D. 1921, to which time the right to perform annual an-nual labor on mining claims was extended ex-tended by special act of congress. And if within ninety days from the personal service of this notice, or within ninety days after the publl- cation thereof you fall or refuao to contribute your proportion of such expenditure as a co-owner, of which you are In default in the sum of $12.50, then you 60 falling to pay as aforesaid, your interest In and to the said mining claim will become be-come the property of us the co-owners, co-owners, the subscribers hereto, who have made the said required expenditures; expen-ditures; and you are hereby instructed instruct-ed to make the said payment within the said time to the co-owner, W.
