Show Annual Day Celebration North Sanpete High School. ; Both the time and place of holJ-ing holJ-ing the .Annual Day celebration of ; the local High School have been changed, because of circumstances I that have arisen during the pre&nt j week. It is to be given on Friday of next week, Jan. 24th. and will be ' at the L. D. S. North Ward meeting j house. I I The program is to begin at tl e ' above named place at 2 o'clock of I the day named. State Supt. A. C. ; Nelson and Prof. Mosiah Hall, both j of Salt Lake City, are to Le present I if therr services can be secured, and j deliver addresses. Two musical se-; se-; lections are tx be given during the program by the High School choir j two by the High School orchestra, and one by the two organizations j combined. A cornet solo by Francis Ericksen and a reading by a member of the advanced English department will complete the program. The public is cordially invited to actend the program. J Immediately following the program pro-gram at the meeting-house a banquet ban-quet will be served by the Domestic Science department at the schorl building. An invitation is extended to the public to attend the hanquet for which a fee of 50 cents per plate is to be charged, and those applying first up to that number will be accomodated. ac-comodated. Those who desire to attend at-tend the banquet may secure reservations reser-vations by applying to any member of the committee in charge. Mr. Boyden, Mr. Bywater or Miss Elda Havenor. This must be done before Monday the 20th, at 10 o'clock. In the evening a basketball game between the school team and the Moroni High School team will com- I mence at 7:30 o'clock. Between the two halves of the game an exhibition ex-hibition of dancing will be given by the Girls' Physical Culture class. After the game the day will conclude with a dancing party. : The public is reminded again that the invitation to attend any or all of the events of the day is cordially extended to all. |
