Prison time is suspended, but he is to serve 90 days in Sanpete County Jail. He was also fined a total of $18,500 for both counts and restitution of $75. $18,000 of the fine will be suspended if Underall obtains GED and pays the remaining $500 of the fine within a 2 year period.
