Show CELEBRATE THEIR , o oQLMDlG Mr. and Mrs. L. C. Larson celebrated celebrat-ed the fiftieth anniversary of their wedding at their home Wednesday uternoon, December 22nd, 1915. There were about eighty people who attended the reception, among whom were forty children and grandchildren. grand-children. Mr. and Mrs. P. C. Lund and children of this ' city together with a number of people from Manti and Ephraim were present on this occasion. A very timely program was carried 3Ut by children of the family in singing, music, speech making and jtory telling. Some of the children who lived at Thatcher, Arizona, who vero unable to come so far, sent let-ers let-ers of appreciation which were read luring the program. There were oth-r oth-r children who were unable to be it the reception. Some from Emery -ounty, one from My ten; one in Alas- A very elaborate dinner was served and the honored couple were highly complimented by their children and rriends. Many beautiful presents were given to them, among which were a fine suit of clothes for Mr. Larson and a beautiful dress for Mrs. Larson. Mr. ard Mr. Larson are the parents par-ents of Mrs. P. C. Lund of Mount Pleasant. a- |
